Description
The Children's Needs Fund fulfills Voices For Children's mission of providing financial assistance to abused and neglected children in the foster care system. Direct financial assistance for those currently in the foster care system usually covers immediate necessities such as food, clothing, and medical and/or psychological care. Voices supplements the State's limited allotment to these children for food, clothing, and medical and/or psychological care well as provides for other essentials such as rent and utility assistance so that children and their families have the basic necessities for survival.

Description
Provides lodging for 70 men over 18 years old. Meals are served from 6:30pm-7:30pm Monday through Friday and from 10am-2pm on Saturdays. Showers and clothing exchange is available for men on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am-11:45am, and for women on Wednesday from 1pm-3pm. Offers mail services for those with no address, free phone use, blankets and coats on cold nights, bathroom facilities, cold drinking water and comprehensive referral services.

For referrals that do not specify that the children are abused or in foster care, (only low-income), guardians will be asked for a $20 donation fee per child.
