The Emergency Food Assistance Program (EFAP) distributes USDA food each month. Eligible participants who do not exceed low income guidelines may be eligible to receive EFAP once a month. Food items vary from month to month. A typical EFAP bag will include: canned vegetables, canned soups, canned fruit juice, canned fruits, canned meats, spaghetti, rice, beans and frozen food items.
Partnering with North County Food Bank in the Fight against Hunger, to provide food to those in need. Free food, fruit, vegetables and bread items the 3rd Monday of the Month from 1pm to 2:30pm or until food is gone.
Provides a food Distribution including food, fruit, vegetables and bread items is held on the 4th Saturday of the Month from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm or until food is gone. For the months of November and December 2017, distribution will be on 4th Wednesday at 3pm. Line starts at 1:30 pm.

Provides emergency food and shelter referrals. A 4-day supply of canned food is provided. Diapers and formula are provided when available. No food delivery or vouchers. Bus tokens for return trip are provided when available.

Ages 18 years and older. For emergency food, photo ID and proof of residence are required (i.e. California driver's license of ID and utility bill or rent receipt). May receive food once in a 6-month period.
