One Must Reapply Each Time The List Is Open, As The Waitlist Is Not Carried Into The Next Funding Period. Funding Is Limited And All Applicants Are Not Guaranteed To Receive Funds. Applications Are Placed On The Waiting List Using A Priority Point System Based On Questions Included In The Application, As Well As The Date That The Application Was Received.
