CPO gives out a week's worth of groceries to clients who come to us with a written referral from a social service agency or church Clients can return every 30 days with a new referral each visit Children's clothes up to age 4, and women's maternity clothing are also available with a referral.

We need to see some form of id for each person listed on the referral. It does not have to be a photo id.
The Salvation Army provides clothing on Fridays at 8:30am. Requirements are a Social Security Card or tax I.D. cards for ALL household members of the family needing clothes, and a photo I.D. of the person shopping Each family member may receive up to 10 items of clothing per visit with a maximum of 40 items Participants may come once every three months.
Call on Mondays to make an appointment.

Provides Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness PATH and the Community Outreach Team provide assessment and case management services for those thought to have a severe and persistent mental illness and or a substance abuse problem We also assist persons with obtaining ID's, employment and Social Security Cards, offer the use of a phone and showers and provide necessary hygiene products We offer information and referral services to clients and providers regarding available services for the homeless population of Wake County.
Also assist with traveler's aid. (People Stranded in Wake County Only to get back home)
Additional services - laundry facility, community voicemail, disability applications, local telephone, temporary mailing address, and social skills groups.
