Brown) to I94 on the north. Youth Food Shelf: No geographic restrictions. Serves ages 25 and younger with a focus on those 20 and younger. Furniture and seasonal programs: Residents of zip codes 55102, 55103, 55104, 55105, 55107 and 55116. Dakota County residents should be referred to the Dakota County Office. Rent assistance: Residents of zip codes 55102, 55103, 55105 and 55116.
