Services are for Baltimore County residents of the greater Catonsville area defined as the area bounded on the south by Wilkens Avenue, on the east by the Baltimore City line, on the north by Security Boulevard, and on the west by the Howard County line. Includes zip codes 21228 and a small portion of 21207, 21244, 21229 and 21043.

Call for more information. - - 2) DSS FOOD VOUCHER PARTNER SITE: Emergency three-day supply of food available with a voucher from DSS. - - 3) FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Offers up to $50 towards a legal eviction (bring court notice) and up to $50 toward BGE turnoff. Must be MEAP eligible for all financial assistance. Can assist individuals residing in section 8 housing. Financial assistance is ONLY for residents of Baltimore City zip codes 21207 and 21229. Individuals are eligible for assistance once a year. - - 4) FUEL FUND: Assists residents with fuel bills after other resources have been exhausted, such as MEAP. Available to residents of 21207 and 21229 zip codes. The utility company will give $1 in bill credit for every $2 that the Fund gives. Client is asked to pay a percentage of the total bill. Assistance is only available on Mon, 10AM-12:45PM. - - ELIGIBILITY EFFECTIVE: July 1, 2017-June 30, 2018 - GROSS INCOME - Monthly Annually - 1 $2,010.00 $24,120.00 - 2 $2,707.00 $32,480.00 - 3 $3,403.00 $40,840.00 - 4 $4,100.00 $49,200.00 - 5 $4,797.00 $57,560.00 - 6 $5,493.00 $65,920.00 - For each additional person, add $696 monthly and $8,360 annually. - - ELIGIBILITY: Will qualify for assistance if your income is within Fuel Fund guidelines and you have a turn-off notice and you have not received help from the fuel fund in the past 12 months.
