Call to be screened for emergency food assistance. - - 2) SOUP KITCHEN: Offers a meals every Fri from 5:30-6:30PM. Individuals are also given perishable foods (when resources are available) to take home. Provides a breakfast every Tue, 10-11AM. Also provides a Youth Feeding Program to individuals ages 10-20, every Wed, 6:30-8:30PM. - - 3) CLOTHING & BABY SUPPLIES: Offers clothing for men, women, children and infants. Also provides diapers, formula and occasionally has infant furniture on Tue & Thur, 9AM-Noon. It is preferred individuals call first to determine eligibility, but individuals can walk in for services. Client must provide a current Maryland picture ID with current address. Individuals are eligible for assistance once a month. - - 2) FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Assists with court-ordered evictions, BGE turn-off notices, and prescription/medical needs. Client must provide proof of need (actual prescription, legal eviction or turn-off notice and bill), current Maryland picture ID (and change of address card, if needed). Limited to 1 time per year. Does not go by MEAP guidelines. Will assist members of partnership churches.
