Van transportation may be provided for individuals. - - 2) SUPPORT SERVICES FOR VETERAN FAMILIES: Serves very low income Veterans (both individuals and Veterans and their families) who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. Veterans must have an Honorable or General Discharge and have served at least one day of active military service. Assists Veterans and Veteran families to address barriers to permanent housing.
