Individuals are also given perishable foods (when resources are available) to take home. Provides a breakfast every Tue, 10-11AM. Also provides a Youth Feeding Program to individuals ages 10-20, every Wed, 6:30-8:30PM. - - 3) CLOTHING & BABY SUPPLIES: Offers clothing for men, women, children and infants. Also provides diapers, formula and occasionally has infant furniture on Tue & Thur, 9AM-Noon. May be able to assist with birth certificates from out of state. Will only take 8 people, so clients should get to the center at 8AM to line up. - - 2) MEAL PROGRAM: Serves breakfast Mon-Fri, 8:30-9:30AM. Lunch is provided Mon-Fri, 11:30AM-1:30PM. Also serves lunch on Sat 11:30AM-1:30PM, and the last Sun of the month, same time. No age restriction. - - 3) DAY RESOURCE CENTER: Provides mail & telephone services, laundry, showers, clothing, addiction, mental health and employment referrals, case management services, health screenings & referrals, job readiness services, computer lab, recreational activities and documentation services. Physician is on-site Tuesdays from 9AM-12PM. - - 4) PERMANENT HOUSING PLACEMENT: Works with homeless individuals/families by assessing the current situation, and providing appropriate/available housing options. Individuals can walk-in Mon-Fri, 9-11AM to be screened. - - Individuals are eligible if last night: - --they fled a domestic violence situation - --they resided or will be in a shelter - --they slept in a car --they slept on the street - --they stayed in a motel paid for by another organization - - Individuals are NOT eligible if last night/today: - --they stayed with friends/family - --they paid for a motel room - --they have an eviction/foreclosure - - 5) HOME CONNECTIONS: Offers the Housing First program for chronically homeless individuals (must have a documented physical disability and referred from a physician, Social Worker, Health Care Professional, etc). Provides permanent housing with supportive case management. *Clients are only accepted through Coordinated Access. MUST first complete a case management intake at Beans and Bread or any program that has coordinated access navigators on site. - - 6) HOLIDAY ASSISTANCE 2018: - THANKSGIVING MEAL: Thanksgiving meal will be served on Thanksgiving day, 11:30AM-1:30PM. - - CHRISTMAS MEAL: Christmas meal will be served on Christmas day, 11:30AM-1:30PM.
