For low-income people of all ages in South Central Los Angeles. Some services are targeted, but not restricted to the Muslim Community; geographic restrictions may apply for some services.

Contract Clinic Services
For uninsured, low-income Los Angeles County residents of all ages, including General Relief recipients. Applicant's household income must be at or below 134% of federal poverty guidelines, or who are GR recipients. Eligible contract clinic patients pay no fees.

Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP) Program
For children from birth to age 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible and for children from birth through age 18 whose family income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level.

The St. John's Well Child and Family Center S Mark Taper Foundation Chronic Disease and Environmental Health Center provides dental care for low-income families. Services provided are x-rays, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and other services.

Diabetes screening, child immunization, TB screening, and many other services are provided.

Integrated into the basic clinic practices are comprehensive family planning, pre-conception care, contraception and STI screening.

The clinic also provides comprehensive HIV care including testing,c are and treatment.
