The Gage Health Center provides community and contract clinics for uninsured, low-income Los Angeles County residents of all ages. Fees are based on a sliding scale.

The clinic provides many types of medical care, including but not limited to the following:
General medical care
CHDP exams
Immunizations
Pre-natal care
STD screening and treatment.

CHDP provides regular health and developmental assessments for children birth to 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible, but for children's family whose income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level, they only exam children birth to 18 years old.

If anyone wants to help, there are volunteer opportunities available.

Eligibility
For people, uninsured, low-income, of all ages. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to Spanish-speaking residents of the Northeast Health District. There are no geographic restrictions. The applicant's household income must be at or below 134% of federal poverty guidelines, or who are GR recipients.

The Wilmington Community Clinic provides free to low-cost medical care and services to people of the greater L.A. area.

Breastfeeding classes
Child health and disability prevention (CHDP) exams

School physicals for children

The clinic also provides school-based pregnancy-prevention programs for youth.

Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP) Program
For children from birth to age 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible and for children from birth through age 18 whose family income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level.
