CHDP provides regular, preventive health assessments and developmental assessments for children from birth to age 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible and for children from birth through age 18 whose family income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level. The check-ups are offered at set intervals and may include the required Head Start or State Preschool and pre-first grade exams.

The clinic provides a Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP) for women who are eligible for Medi-Cal. The program provides nutrition and health education, psychosocial services and basic prenatal and obstetrical care.

Fees are on a sliding scale starting at $20 and based on the patients ability to pay; the center accepts private health insurance, Visa, Mastercard, Medi-Cal, Medicare, Health Families and CHDP. Eligible contract clinic clients pay no fees.

There is also a mobile clinic, but if you want its services you must call to find its location.

Saturday, 8:30am to 4:00pm - last walkin at 3:30pm.
