Description
The Los Angeles Community Service Center and & Family Source Center offers services such as rent payment assistance, rent deposit payment assistance, mortgage payment assistance, electric payment assistance, housing search assistance, job search assistance, and financial counseling to homeless veterans or veterans at risk of homelessness.

The case management program helps with critical needs services including accessing food, health clinics, applying for benefits, and obtaining household supplies.

Volunteers and donations are welcome.

Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Evenings and Saturdays by appointment.
The hotlines operate Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per day.

LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program)
Eligible community residents get financial help to pay their utility bills. It is available through our Los Angeles Community Service Center.

The Asian Pacific AIDS Intervention Team provides HIV/AIDS services for Asians and Pacific Islanders who are monolingual or have very limited English skills in Los Angeles County. The services include buddy programs, advocacy, case management, disease/disability information on HIV infection and AIDS, general counseling services, health related support groups, outreach programs for HIV positives and transgender at-risk populations and a rent payment assistance.
