Eligibility
Residents of Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, Campton Hills and Wayne. **For assistance services: proof of residency and persons residing in household, and evidence of a problem or need. Proof of address, social security cards or birth certificates for all family members, proof of income for all 18 and older. For housing and utility help, applicants need an eviction notice, and an actual eviction or shut off notice for utility assistance.
