Provides a food pantry that distributes food to individuals and families in need.
Clients truly in need of help will be issued a card by the office when they need help with food frequently. To receive a card. they have to present verifiable proof of income, social security cards of all household members. The card is valid for 12 month and clients do not have to wait at the office to pick up food.
Monday to Thursday 1pm - 4pm
Families or individuals with low income.
Drivers license or photo ID.

The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP):
A signed income statement for the past thirty days for all of the household income (it must fall under USDA guidelines)
Photo ID for the client
Identifying documents for all household members (it can't be something you wrote yourself)
Proof of residence in Carroll County, like a utility bill
