There are many homeless services in the Earle, AR region, including shelters of all types, bathing facilities, and mail facilities. And, if you want to help, there are also volunteer opportunities available.
Provides men's shelter which is normally for one night and includes meals, religious services, and personal counseling Shelter residents must attend religious services to stay there Length of stay may vary, depending on individual situations.
Provides transitional shelter for homeless families who qualify for up to 90 days.
Eligibility
Homeless families who show proof of legal marriage and valid state photo ID or drivers license, undergo drug test and background check, submit to personal interview. At least one party must be employed and own a car with basic liability insurance coverage.
Provides temporary lodging for single homeless men 18 and older, including meals, church services and personal counseling; provides advertising/repairs to painted bus benches in Memphis metro area for groups/businesses.
Call for details or walk in daily (including weekends) from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Must have some form of ID (driver's license, Social Security card, birth certificate, etc).
Provides dormitory-style transitional shelter with three meals a day for homeless men, preferably those referred by VA hospital or area homeless shelters. Provides medical referrals to VA hospital, vocational counseling, job readiness, budget and savings planning, and support services after completion of program. A 14-day blackout period occurs upon admission; during this time, clients may not leave facility except for medical appointments or legal obligations. At the end of the blackout period, residents without jobs are expected to seek employment (unless disabled and can provide proof of this from a physician).
