Staffed with multidisciplinary teams, program focuses on primary caregiver and children to encompass the needs of whole family. Multiple services available. Intervention services that are geared toward the connecting families with services that are needed such as Safety Net services that include: rental assistance, utility bill payment assistance, fresh food (food box distribution) program, emergency supply of formula, diapers and transportation.
