Food closet clients must be Sacramento County residents in an emergency situation. ID required. Assists families and individuals in obtaining access to health services. Information and referral, emergency food, translation, immigration services, client advocacy, community outreach, medical transportation, rental/mortgage assistance, bus/gas vouchers, and utility assistance. Facilitates development of new human services programs within the community.Designated as a Focal Point agency for services appropriate to the needs of independent, semi-dependent and dependent senior citizens.
