Flood provides services designed to meet the physical, relational and spiritual needs of the homeless, sober living residents, residential motel dwellers and those entrenched in generational poverty within inner-city Bakersfield through a weekly Saturday Night Outreach without identification or referral.  Flood strives to build personal relationships, by distributing food and hygiene items, with all who attend and provides a vehicle for Bakersfield churches to serve those in need, with the purpose of improving life circumstances in order to promote self-worth and greater self-sufficiency.
