Description
The Community Action Program for Central Arkansas provides rent, utility, and mortgage payment assistance for people in need in Faulkner County.

To apply for rent or mortgage assistance, you must call on the first business day of the month. Calls are no longer accepted after the month's funds are depleted.

Utility assistance is provided by the LiHEAP program. This program is only operates when fund is available.

Funds no more than $300 can be used for one month's past due rent/mortgage/lot lease for a mobile home, first month's rent, mortgage payment, a three-night motel stay on a case-by-case basis, or a portion of one month's past due rent if living full-time in a motel.
