Hours
You must call 716-2168 at 9:00am, on the first Wednesday of the month, except July, December and January.
The phone line becomes available 9am.
Only the first 16 people will receive a return call.

Description
The Catholic Family Services provides utility and rent assistance once every 12 months per household for bills that fit their current guidelines. No appointment is necessary to apply. Applications are accepted in office.

To apply for utility assistance, bring a copy of your current bill. It doesn't have to be in the name of the person who is seeking assistance.

To apply for rent assistance, bring a copy of your lease and a note from your landlord stating the full amount owed, the month(s) owed, and the amount that will keep you in the home/unit for at least 30 more days.

Hours
Apply on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 1:30PM to 3:00PM.
